Application for Research Ethics Review
(Research Ethics Review Committee)
We are now accepting applications for research ethics review as follows. If you wish to request a review, please submit the prescribed documents to the Research Ethics Review Office (Office of RD & Sponsored Project, Hiyoshi).
Please note that there may be cases that are not subject to review by this committee, so please inquire in advance when submitting your application.
If your department does not have an ethics committee, please apply to this committee. The Ethics Committee of your department will have priority in the review process.
Human subjects related to personal privacy are subject to review.
Animal experiments will be reviewed by the Laboratory Animal Committee.

Research Ethics e-Learning
- All faculty and staff involved in research activities are required to complete the eAPRIN research ethics e-learning program, with the goal of raising awareness of ethical conduct in research.For details on eligibility, available courses, and more, please refer to the following external site:Research Ethics & Compliance Education

A keio.jp account is required to take the course.
If you do not have a keio.jp account, we will issue you an individual eAPRIN username and initial password.
Please contact us at citi-kanri[at]adst.keio.ac.jp, providing the following two items:-
Your full name (in Roman characters)

Your preferred email address for registration
After completing the course, please submit a copy of your certificate of completion to the Office of RD & Sponsored Projects, Hiyoshi Campus.
The certificate is valid until the end of the academic year that marks four years since course completion. -
pledge
All faculty members (including temporary staff) involved in research activities are required to submit a self-signed pledge form to the office of RD & Sponsored Project, Hiyoshi. Please read the following for details.
